Thank you for your interest! Please review the following FAQs and note we will continue to add relevant information here to assist in your race day planning.
RACE DAY INFO
Q: Need to Downgrade to a shorter distance due to a person injury or change of plans?
A: Follow the instructions linked HERE to switch your event. Please keep in mind you'll NOT be reimbursed the price difference to switch to a shorter distance race. Online transfers can take place until Thursday, September 12 at midnight. Or email us at: Info@VisionEventManagement.com
Q: Looking for participant parking?
A: Click HERE to view your options. Please keep in mind Olio Road will be closed N/S from 116th to 104th and traffic on 116th will remain open East/West bound the entire day.
RACE INFO: GENERAL
Q: What time will the race start?
A: We will have a staggered start this year with the half marathon & 10k beginning first at 7:30 a.m. followed by the 5K at 7:45 a.m.
Q: Is there a corralled start?
A: Yes, corrals will be indicated on your race bib.
Q: What’s included with registration?
A: Race entry and timing chip, shirt (t-shirt for 5k, short-sleeve tech t-shirt for 10k, and long-sleeved tech t-shirt for half marathon), finisher medal, and access to the post-race party. All Participants will get 1 Drink Ticket on their bib to redeem at the post-race party at MashCraft Brewing, Athletic Brewing, or Smoothie King.
Q: What’s included with VIP Registration
VIP is currently sold out. Perks include:

- Reserved parking at the closest lot to the start/finish line
- Signature quarter-zip exclusively for VIPs
- Branded pint class to commemorate your race
- An extra drink ticket for the post-race party where you can celebrate alongside family & friends (redeemable for alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages)
- Access to the Recovery Zone post-race, including but not limited to massage, ice/heat, etc.
- VIP Gear Check
Q: Are there water stops along the way?
A: Water stops and port-o-lets are available every 2-3 miles. The 5K course features 1 water stop.
Q: Where should I park on race day?
A:On race day there is NO parking at the start or finish areas. Please arrive early to avoid congestion. Free parking will be available in the following locations:
Fall Creek Intermediate School
Fall Creek Elementary School
Fall Creek Junior High
Crosspoint Church
Grace Church Fishers
There is NO PARKING at Hamilton Southeastern High School, Kroger or Walgreens parking lots (enforced by Fishers Police). You can arrive well in advance for a preferred spot, or we suggest a drop-off plan with a non-participant at an open intersection nearby. You can also register for our VIP Perks which includes reserved parking at the closest available lot
Q: Are strollers or dogs permitted on the course?
A: Strollers are ONLY permitted on the 5K course. Dogs are NOT permitted on any course.
Q: Are refunds or deferrals available?
A: No refunds are available.
Q: Is the course safe for kids?
A: We have course marshals, police, volunteers, and medical staff on the course at all times. We encourage parents to run with their kids, however if you are comfortable sending your child solo, we strongly advise planning a meet up point afterwards to reconnect.
Q: What do the medals look like this year?
A: Our medals and shirts showcase the natural landscape and heron of Geist Resrvoir.
Q: Are race day pacers available?
A: Pacers will be provided for the Half Marathon race. Find the list of pacers here.
Q: Is there a time cut off?
A: The cut off for the Half Marathon is 3:49 (17 minute per mile pace).
A: The cut off for the 10K is 2 hours (18 minute per mile pace).
A: The cut off for the 5K is 1 hours (20 minute per mile pace).
Q: When is packet pickup?
A: Packet pickup will be on Friday, September 13, 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM @ Grace Church (12450 Olio Road)
Q: When and where is Will Call?
A: Saturday, September 14th 6:00 AM- 7:15 AM (RACE MORNING ONLY). Located on Olio Road in front of First Merchants Bank (11521 Olio Rd.)
