All participants are required to pick up race packets and goodie bags at Packet Pick-Up at the following times:
Friday, May 17, 2013
- Packet Pick-Up: Hamilton Southeastern High School Auxiliary Gym 4:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 18, 2013
- Half Marathon Packet Pick-Up – Hamilton Southeastern High School Auxiliary Gym – 5:30 – 6:30 a.m.
- 5K Packet Pick-Up – Hamilton Southeastern High School Auxiliary Gym – 5:30 – 7:00 a.m.
All Half Marathon and 5K runners and walkers are required to pick up their race packet at Packet Pick-Up. You will receive your bib race number, participant shirt, and other important information. All participants must pick-up race packets at Packet Pickup. Race packets will not be mailed to you. If you are unable to pickup your shirt, they will be available at the BlueMile Fishers location (8965 E. 116th Street, Fishers, IN 46038) during normal business hours until July 4, 2013.
You must have a photo ID or printout of your online confirmation email to receive your packet.
You may pick up a packet for a friend. Please make sure you have a copy of their identification.
After you pick up your race packet, please make sure you verify that the attached disposable Timing Tag is properly assigned to you by running your packet through the Chip Check area.
REMEMBER! THERE ARE NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.
YOUR RACE PACKET WILL CONTAIN:
- Race participant T-shirt
- Your bib number with disposable timing chip affixed to the back
